As I work more on my first art project I find myself making changes to the original idea. This is a good thing as it allows me to be free with my art work and to do as I feel and the glass feels. Like doing the sphere with Carmel and adding a twist that meets at the center into a nice point. Even the idea to use the pink rods then cut into one and bridge it with some blue/dicro cane. Line is everywhere even in the abstract leaf as the blue line runs from the top of the leaf to the bottom and down the edge as well. Here are some progress photos. I will do some more work on it after class today. This is so fun, I love it.
